Hallmark Cards, Inc. Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and services by Hallmark and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates from suppliers. The use of Terms and Conditions in conjunction with purchase orders does not apply in cases where Hallmark and a supplier have executed a separate governing agreement that expressly voids preprinted terms and conditions. If specific Terms and Conditions for a Hallmark subsidiary are not listed on this site, Hallmark's Terms and Conditions will apply in lieu of a unique subsidiary Terms and Conditions document.

Hallmark Cards, Inc. Contract for Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of SERVICES by Hallmark and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates from suppliers. The use of Terms and Conditions in conjunction with purchase orders for SERVICES does not apply in cases where Hallmark and a supplier have executed a separate governing agreement that expressly voids electronic or copies of electronically generated terms and conditions. If specific Terms and Conditions for SERVICES for a Hallmark subsidiary are not listed on this site, Hallmark's Terms and Conditions will apply in lieu of a unique subsidiary Terms and Conditions document.
