Hallmark Visitors Center

Mom and child at Hallmark Visitors Center exhibitThe Hallmark Visitors Center lets families see behind the scenes at Hallmark, and many of the displays are interactive.
Located next to Hallmark's headquarters in Kansas City's Crown Center complex, the Hallmark Visitors Center presents a look inside the world's largest greeting card company.

Travel through our story – from our humble beginnings in 1910 with our founder "Mr. J.C." Hall, to the creation of our world-famous Hallmark greeting cards and Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments, to the acclaimed Hallmark Hall of Fame television series and those memorable Hallmark commercials.

Interactive displays and fascinating exhibits make our tour fun for the entire family. We're open Tuesday through Saturday; find our hours, directions and more information at our web site.

Best of all, your trip to the Hallmark Visitors Center requires no reservations, no tickets, and it's free!
